On Monday, March 7, 2022, the Blessing and Groundbreaking Ceremony of the New Bauang Municipal Police Station & BFP Bauang was held at Santiago, Bauang, La Union. The lot was donated by LGU Bauang to Bauang PNP & BFP Bauang in support to the two line agencies which help the municipality in providing efficient service to the people.

Present during the said activity were Municipal Officials headed by Mayor Menchie C. Lomboy-de Guzman & Vice Mayor Henry A. Bacurnay, PNP headed by Deputy Regional Director for Administration PB General Enrique N. Magalona, Chief RL-PRO1, CHief RLRDD PRO1 PLTCOL. Reynaldo L. Lizardo, DRDO PCOL Carlito M. Cases, Provincial Director Jonathan Calixto and Chief of Police-OIC Cresencio P. Abila Jr, present on this activity were Reverend Father Samuel Banayat, Jr. Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Church and Barangay Council of Barangay Santiago.
